I was fortunate to meet and ask Mr. Faez for renovating the 3 bedroom (plus loft room) property I bought in December 2015. The house was used as a rental property for good few years, therefore needed full renovation including replacing the loft-room flat roof and construction of new en-suite in the loft-room for my dad as well as removal of chimney breasts from ground and first floors to enlarge the living space.

Throughout the course of the renovation, Mr. Faez was an excellent professional. The scope of works turned out to be more complicated than initially thought, however thankfully with the expertise of Faez and his sound advice the project kept moving. I lived and worked in London at the time, hence could not oversee the progress of work on daily basis. Faez managed the work thoroughly, always kept me informed of the work progress and consulted any issues in details so a decision could be made. The project completed within the initial estimated time and budget. I am happy with the outcome and grateful to Faez for changing the house to a Dream Home for me and my family.

Based on his performance, I have no hesitations in recommending Faez. He will be my first point of contact when we extend our house and convert the garage. What I liked the most about him was his HONESTY and his FAIRNESS. He is a trustworthy gentleman. Faez and his team converted our loft in summer 2015 and we were extremely pleased with the job from start to finish - we now have a lovely new staircase, landing, bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
The job included all the structural work including a complete re-roof, plumbing and electrical work, as well as moving existing walls to accommodate the new stairway.
Faez liaised with Building Control even before we decided to employ him to help speed the plan approvals. He was in contact with Building Control and the architect throughout, so when any issues cropped up he dealt with them quickly and effectively and also kept us fully informed from start to finish.
The team also worked evenings and weekends to make up time when the weather caused delays but always with consideration as to how that would affect us.
The quality of the workmanship is excellent, as is the finish. Faez takes exceptional pride in his work and his attention to detail is excellent.
All the team were professional and approachable, particularly Faez who was always happy to answer any questions. I found him to be very knowledgeable and happy offer advice and ideas so we were able to fully consider exactly how we wanted every detail of the job completed.
We have subsequently employed Faez to replace some radiators and to re-fit our existing bathroom as we were so happy with the professional service he delivered ahd his very reasonable fees.

We choose Faez and his team to do a large extension to our house during 2012/2013. We are very pleased with the work. He completed on time, to Budget and to a high quality.
